Leadership Pressure Pattern Assessment (LPPA)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leadership Pressure Pattern Assessment, available at leadershippressuretest.com (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. They are a legal agreement between you and us, and they include important disclaimers about what this Service is and is not.

The Service is a collaboration, co-designed by ASAN Digital LLC (the technology and product operator, which builds and runs the platform) and Coach Landing (the coaching practice and author of the assessment framework, led by Noam Gamady). In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ASAN Digital LLC, which operates the platform and provides the Service to you.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service — including taking the free assessment or purchasing a paid report — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What the Service Is

The Leadership Pressure Pattern Assessment is a self-reflection instrument for leadership development. Based on your answers to a short questionnaire (about three minutes), it reflects back your self-reported default behavioral pattern under pressure across five patterns — Action Escalation (The Responder), Control Tightening (The Director), Harmony Protection (The Stabilizer), Strategic Withdrawal (The Navigator), and Avoidance Loop (The Disengager). It produces a primary and secondary pattern, a radar view, and a measure of pattern clarity.

The Service currently includes:

• The free assessment — the questionnaire and your basic results, at no cost.
• The Deep Read ($19) — an optional one-time purchase: a richer, personalized digital report (delivered as a PDF and/or web page) that expands on your results.
• Future tiers — we plan to offer additional paid options over time, which may include an asynchronous written review, a live coaching call with Noam Gamady, and team plans. These will be governed by these Terms plus any tier-specific terms presented at the time of purchase.

3. Important Disclaimers — Please Read

The Service is a tool for personal reflection and professional growth. To be completely clear about its limits:

• It is not clinical, medical, psychological, or therapeutic. It is not a psychological test, a mental-health assessment, a diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, therapist, psychologist, or other professional. It does not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition.
• It is not diagnostic. It does not measure your personality, competence, intelligence, fitness, or worth. It describes self-reported tendencies, not fixed traits or clinical categories.
• It must not be used for high-stakes decisions. You agree not to use the Service, or its results, as a basis for hiring, promotion, firing, compensation, team assignment, or any other employment or high-stakes decision about yourself or anyone else. It is not validated or intended for those purposes.
• Results reflect your self-reported answers at a single point in time. They depend on how you answered on a given day and may change. They are a mirror for reflection, not an objective or permanent verdict.

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on your results. Any decisions you make are yours alone.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service brings together two owners' work:

• The assessment framework and content — including the five patterns, the questions, the scoring logic, the report language, and related methodology — are the intellectual property of Noam Gamady / Coach Landing.
• The platform — including the website, software, design, and infrastructure — is owned and operated by ASAN Digital LLC.

All of it, together with all trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Service, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of its respective owner. "Leadership Pressure Pattern Assessment," "LPPA," "Coach Landing," and associated names and logos are marks of their owners.

Your license. When you use the Service and purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Service and to use your own results and report for your own personal and internal professional development. That's it.

What you may not do. You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Service, the framework, the questions, or the reports;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract content or data from the Service;
• create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or attempt to reconstruct the assessment framework, questions, or scoring;
• use the framework or content to build, train, or operate a competing assessment, product, or model; or
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Feedback you send us about the Service is given voluntarily, and we may use it without obligation or compensation to you.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and the Deep Read

The Deep Read is a digital product, priced at $19 USD (plus any applicable taxes) as a one-time purchase. Prices for current and future tiers are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price shown when you buy is the price that applies to that purchase.

Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Delivery. Digital reports are delivered instantly — typically on-screen immediately and by email — after your payment is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate, when you purchase you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content right away, and you acknowledge the effect this has on cancellation rights described below.

Refunds and EU/EEA withdrawal rights. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (or another jurisdiction with similar rules), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be lost once delivery begins — but only if, before delivery, you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you on a durable medium (such as email). We ask for and record that consent at checkout. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our net income.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• provide honest answers and accurate information;
• use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms;
• not interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• not use the Service to harass, harm, or make decisions that could adversely affect others (including in employment); and
• not misrepresent your results, or present them as a clinical, diagnostic, or objective evaluation of anyone.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the results, insights, or reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose or decision. Your use of the Service and reliance on any results is at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAN Digital LLC, Coach Landing, Noam Gamady, and our respective owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any decision or action you take based on your results — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASAN Digital LLC, Coach Landing, Noam Gamady, and our respective owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your use of results or reports for any employment, high-stakes, clinical, or other prohibited purpose; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new tiers, legal requirements, or changes to the Service. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time — including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction over any disputes, and you consent to venue there.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with protective consumer laws, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in your home courts that the law grants you.

13. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy and any tier-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
